The Egyptian cross, or ankh, is a symbol of protection and eternal life, and on this account Aliki requested us to draw it integrating her son´s name, Ion, which is written using the letters iota, omega, and niu of the Greek alphabet.
We used the capital version of the letters to shape the cross itself.

i saw this symbol and liked it straight away and its meaning. Got it as my first tattoo on my upper arm and have to say it looks wicked. Very stylish and well pleased with it.
